Motel 168

Day shirts are the staple in any wardrobe and easy to dress up, down and layer up and this shirt ticks all the boxes. If you follow my blog, you'll know I love an oversized shirt but this one isn't too oversized and is fitted really nicely. Gingham is bang on trend right now and the quirky slogan adds a great edge to a popular trend.

I'm absolutely obsessed with crepe material fabric trousers right now from joggers to high waist wide leg trousers like these. The casual shirt and smart trousers create a really wearable everyday outfit. The only down side to these trousers is that they are super long which you obviously need with the wide legs so when wearing these, unless your super tall then heels are a must. Like I said before the the crepe material makes them really comfortable and as the material is quite thick it drapes great over the body.

This season's fashion is all about chunky block heels and because of the block heel it makes them super wearable, easy to walk in and really versitle. I absolutely love the buckle detail and elegant peep toe. These beauties are simple, classic and a must have for summer.

Boohoo have such a great design, style and artist team working behind them and their pieces right now are amazing so go and check them out here. Also use promo code WHATSNEW to get 20% off New in clothes and NEXTDEL for next day delivery right now. Enjoy.

Losers 4 Eva

Nothing says summer like a bit of quirky colour and it's no secret that I love summer so I can just live in dresses and float around in my own ditsy world. There is never any excuse for not wanting to wear a dress with thousands of places catering for your every need. There is a dress out there to flatter all our shapes. Of course this Hype top/dress won't be everyone's cup of tea but I love it. It's a great piece to throw over a bikini on holiday, tucking into a pair of ripped denim shorts with some colour pop trainers or simply teamed with a pair of sandal heels. I've styled it with an oversized denim jacket (from beyond retro and you can grab the link below for it but click here to check out the range of jackets they have because it's amaze), black knee high socks and fake Primark doc martens which I'm pretty sure will outlive me. Hype clothing is the number one place for crazy patterned garments and making a real statement, so go and check them out..you might be surprised with what you like.

Review: Mr.Blanc

(I haven't edited either of these pictures, it's just the lighting that is different but you can definitely tell the strips worked.)

We all strive for them pearly whites but with so many products and procedures out there what is safe for us to use on our teeth? Enter Mr.Blanc. Mr.Blanc offer fuss free teeth whitening strips which are non peroxide and enamel safe at amazing value, so carry on reading to see how I got on.

Firstly, I absolutely love how clear and bold the packaging is. There's no fussing about and it's straight to the point which I really love. Now to applying; quite frankly it was super easy. The only problem I had with applying was the fact I have wonky bottom teeth so the strips didn't cover them like they did my top teeth but that's my problem and not Mr.Blanc's. The instructions instruct you to wear the strips for half an hour and even after the first day with the strips on I noticed a difference.

I started to use these at night but when I woke up I found the whiteness had faded so when using these I'd suggest you to use them in the morning so you can enjoy a full day of pearly whites.

Pros
  • Super affordable.
  • Minty flavour.
  • Easy application.
  • Quick working.
  • Quick fix.
Cons
  • Not long lasting.

Would I purchase these myself? Probably not as I feel the whiteness didn't last but for special occasions I'd definitely invest.

Seventies Lovin'

My obsession for the 70's has clearly grown to insane levels and I love it. The seventies is back in full force this summer with flares, patchwork, vintage print and fringing and the highstreet is embracing it. I saw these aztec print flares on Asos and they are my new favourite things...Ever! Not only are these beautiful and bang on trend but they are soooo comfortable. They are a jersey material so a little like leggings but don't look like that at all. They definitely aren't just printed leggings as the flared leg and high waist makes them so much more 'trouser like'. I love how great these trousers look with lace and crochet and have such a festival theme which is perfect for summer. These can be found in a lot if places with so many different styles and prints so have a search round; you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Wrap Top and Culottes

So firstly let's start with this beautiful Paisley wrap blouse which I bought from Boohoo. Nothing says summer more than bright patterns and silky material with a cheeky bit of boob. I'm a sucker for Paisley and have been wanting to try a wrap top for a while as I think they're really flattering, and it didn't disappoint. In the picture I haven't used a top underneath which you can see is a bit risky but I'm telling you, when you sit down in this top you may as well be topless so for leaving the house I'd definitely suggest a little strap top under. Other than that this is a winner; it's a lovely silky loose fabric which is great for summer and it's something a bit different.

Again I've been waiting to try culottes out for a long time but have always been a bit dubious as I'm quite short, nevertheless I gave them a go and I love them. If your below 5.7 like me I'd definitely say these are to be worn with heels or the cut off at the leg will just make you look even shorter. They are a lovely stretchy crepe material and super versatile with the high waist which means I can definitely see myself wearing these with tshirts, shirts, jumpers and would look amazing with crop tops and a bralette.

I promise you guys I will write about these stunning shoes just not in this post as I don't want it to be too long but you can still go and check them out below.

Also head over to Boohoo now for 10% off Dresses and use my exclusive code just for you to receive 20% off Shoes with code Footsie. You'd better be quick, it ends midnight tonight.

Crepe Joggers

Hey guys, so today I fancied a bit of a change. If you know me or follow my blog then you'll know I live in jeans, especially black skinnies so when I saw these in Warehouse I was really excited to style them. I was surprised to see online that these are classed as joggers as they have such a rich, thick, textured material that I probably wouldn't wear them as slouchy joggers. Saying that, they are super comfy with an elasticated draw string waist and stretchy crepe material.

It can be difficult to find stylish and comfy pieces sometimes but these joggers hit both nails on the head. They are also so versatile for any weather and really easy to dress up with a bralet and jacket or dress down with a jumper like I have.

Quick word about this jumper...I did purchase this a few years ago at The Clothes Show Live and haven't been able to to find it anywhere else but there is another company that I absolutely love called Rock On Ruby who give you the change to personalize garments with quotes like the one above. It adds a really fun and personal side to your clothes and you can wear what your thinking. Check out Rock On Ruby HERE and get personal.

Review: SkinnyMint

So for the last 28 days I've been on the SkinnyMint Teatox and honestly, I've loved it and am quite sad its over. I'm not a big fan of fruity teas and am very sceptical of teatoxs but I'm open to try anything. The morning boost tea is a beautiful fruity blend and includes Strawberries, Green tea and Grapefruit to name just a few. Unlike other teas I've tried, your not left with a nasty taste in your mouth and its a really refreshing and nice tea to drink in the morning. The morning boost claims to Increase energy, reduce appetite and burn fat. I definitely found that it reduced my appetite and I will tell you about my weight loss in a bit; for me two of the three worked.

The Night cleanse is meant to be taken every other night as it does have laxative qualities, which I was nervous about as my body is so sensitive to different things, but I found it very gentle on my body. I wasn't forever on the toilet with uncomfortable bowels so again it was a pleasure to drink before I went to bed. Your meant to leave the tea bag in for 2-3 minutes unlike the morning one which 4-5 as the night time cleanse is very strong. If I ever left the tea bag in for too long it was quiet unpleasant and very peppery. The night cleanse includes ginger root, peppermint and orange leaves but for me it was just like peppermint tea which I love anyway.

Now weightloss; for the first two weeks I was on a strict diet and was only eating 1,400 calories while drinking the tea and I lost 7 pounds. I didn't feel any different but I defiantly lost weight. for the last two weeks I finished my diet and didn't lose any weight. For me this was a great weightloss aid, like anything there is no quick fix so if your wanting to lose weight and are dedicated to staying healthy then from my experience you will lose weight.

Would I buy this product again? Yes but only if I'm sticking to healthy eating. Check SkinnyMint out HERE.
